seslUpdateIndexTipPosition

Updates the position of the index tip.

This method checks the current orientation and updates the index tip's position accordingly. If the orientation is portrait, the index tip is marked for update and invalidated to trigger a redraw. If the orientation is not portrait, the update flag is set to false. This method does nothing if the index tip is null.
